Nói về cuộc bình chọn Soompi Prince 2007 đây:

Hiện nay chỉ còn lại 3 ứng cử viên: JH và JeaJong&Junsu của DBSK, bám đuổi nhau rất quyết liệt. Điều thú vị là, fan của tất cả những ứng cử viên khác đã bị loại thì giờ đều dồn phiếu cho JH gemvic Còn điều không thú vị là, fan nào của JH cũng đều biết DBSK (Tq ghét nhạc HQ mà cũng phải cố lết đi nghe một vài bài của ban đó) trong khi nhiều fan DBSK dám kêu rằng "không biết gì về JH cả" :bop2:

Chủ đề của trận bán kết lần này là Sự biến hóa, bao gồm cả về ngoại hình, tài năng, tính cách...

"versatility means variety of talents. i guess in this case, it would be how they can be cute, tough, yet innocent at the same time. since we soompiers like to analyze deeper, it could mean who can do their job (singing) while being talented at other things also like (entertaining, mcing, acting, dancing, etc.)"

I'm not going to vote yet because I want to wait until the last moment to see everything pieced together.
I'm still a little confused about this theme, since it doesn't mean versatility in talent or in appearance...

JaeJoong:
Definitely an amazing singer, so he has HUGE thumbs up for that.
Also a decent actor, although he tends up to mess up a lot. However, it's the product that matters.
Appearance, yep, he has my vote there. He looks good in just about anything he wears, just don't go ghetto on my Joongie!
Dancing...Errrmmm...Let's not go there.
Charisma, he definitely has a lot of it as well. He has the mysteriously look that drags you in, all I know is that it worked on me the first time I laid eyes on him.

Junsu:
Again, an amazing singer like JaeJoong, better performer overall though.
Not a very good actor lol. Junsu is so cute in his roles, but no, acting is not his best quality.
Appearance also works in his favor. Especially s-line enhancing apparel =X.
Dancing...Yep, he wins it, but I don't think KJH dances at all, so I shouldn't include this category.
Charisma, I think that Junsu has the most. There's a reason why he's labeled the "Charisma" of the group, and he can't be that conceited when he calls himself the charisma of the group, obviously he has some smile.gif .

Kim Jung Hoon:
Heard him sing for the first time today and he's pretty good. He has a nice voice, but just not on par with JaeSu.
Acting, hehe...Yeah, I've only seen him on Goong and it wasn't too spectacular. Still the best out the three though.
Appearance, he's your typical pretty boy lol.
Dancing...No dancing available.
Charisma, he's very, very, very charming. Although I never fell under the KHJ curse, I think he's definitely charming and I can see why so many girls (my sis) would fall for him. He's got a great smile as well.

I was almost tempted into voting for KJH just because he deserves to be prince.
He lost his title in Goong, so it'll hurt even more the second time blush.gif .

Okay, I'm done.
I'm still waiting for the final round .


Sorry Kim Jung Hoon fans if we're just talking about JaeSu...I just don't know enough about him.
I mean, I know a little about his background and I know he's a genius, but i'm not too familiar with much else.
Oh wait...He's really versatile as well if you think about it. Since he's a genius, he could rotate his occupations.
He could be doctor/lawyer or a singer/actor. That's versatile right there.

I must say these 3 boys are all cute and talented, but my oh my, versatility is definitely one thing Kim Jung Hoon is great at :rolleyes: Everybody has seen him acting in Goong, and it's not bad rite? He's a gorgeous singer, I don't think he's less than the other 2 guys as singers, I assure you, though I haven't listened to DBSK much (you just go listen to more songs of KJH, not only one as someone mentioned, and you see what I mean :) ) What else? He's a GENIUS in foreign languages, recently he speaks Japanese quite well, English pretty well, a litte bit of Chinese, a little bit of Thai, a little bit of French (yes French, I heard it with my own ears :P ). He used to be good in physics, maths, and studying :ngoay: Haha and his cooking is not bad, last time at Thailand he serves his fan :lol: My list can go on forever... However, if you guys only think that he's a cute pretty boy, then here is his handsome mature pics:

I voted for Jae becauseee he looks good in just about everything and doing just about anything.

However, when it comes to dancing. Xiah wins.

And when it comes to acting, KJH wins. (But I don't have pics have him lol.. jeez, just watch goong XD)

Honestly, they're all cool and I'd be happy to have any one of them as our Soompi prince. Having it not be a DBSK would be interesting though.

so the theme now is Versatility. i believe KIM JUNG HOON fits the bill.

ACTING

1. he can do drama - the evil boyfriend in witch yoo hee whom practically everyone hates (meaning he's really good in his portrayal)
- the pitiful prince in goong whom a lot of girls adore and a role which made him the star that he is now (another proof of effectiveness)

2. he can do comedy - just check out his banjung and non-stop dramas, so funny and entertaining

SINGING

1. he can sing ballads and fast songs

2. he can sing in korean, japanese and english

3. he knows how to play the piano and even did so in his past concerts

HOSTING/OTHER TV APPEARANCES

1. he has done a couple of tv hostings

2. he has shown his wit and intelligence in a number of variety shows (i couldn't recall the names of others except for xman)

IMAGE

1. he could look very young or matured depending on his role

2. he looks outstanding in both casual and formal clothes

3. he can act cute like a child or prim and proper like a real gentleman

4. he's very smart with an IQ of 146 but doens't look or act like a nerd

kim jung hoon is the most versatile, I think
he acts, sings, and he's MCed in the past too
Junsu & Jaejoong haven't had the opportunity to branch out into other things yet, since they're so busy w/ dbsk
as singers, I think jaejoong is more versatile (his voice is generic.. so it fits many different genres of music), whereas Junsu is the overall better performer (he can dance & sing.. like crazyy)
Appearence wise.. I think jaejoong is the least versatile, he always looks the same.. and he's almost had the same hairstyle since debut but just in diff colors
but since this isn't focusing only on singing/appearence.. I voted for kim jung hoon
but I really hope Junsu pulls through to the finals

It's weird how people expect one of the DBSG boys to win this one, but in the end, if you look at it another way; for the nominations who were booted out early, their fans tend to vote for anyone but DBSG. haha, just thought to point that out.

I'm a big DBSG fan, but I ended up voting for Kim Jung Hoon. He appears the most versatile out of the three, either way you look at it, he has done almost everything, except dancing (which he can't do for nuts, but tries). Plus, he's probably gone through all the possible phases ie. cutesy, charismatic, all-grown up etc. that's not to say the dongbang boys haven't but probably due to them being restricted mostly to singing, they can't quite showcase other sides to them. Perhaps when they're older, who knows? It's also worthy to note that Jung hoon already has this 'prince' tag on him after Goong, so it's inevitable that people vote for him when it comes to the soompi prince title.

I will say I'm biased, but honestly I'm not. It's killing me having to choose. tsk. I love all three of them just as much T.T

i was ABOUT to vote for jaejoong, BUT i read the theme of this round, versatility. and the moment i ran through junghoon's photos, i went. DAMN, THIS BOY IS IT!
i acutally AWED, at his innocent picture, whereas the other two i laughed (not in a mean way)
and his charismatic picture got me drooling.
he is definitely versatile, that boy is fly. HAHA.

#1 - He has a heavenly voice (I'm sorry to say that he's a better singer than JaeJoong...maybe because he's had more experience?)

Since this is the second week my semester 4 started, my B. Law / B. Ethics lecturer

Very interesting ”, I answered. “Haiz” …. ;)

Yesterday Mr J borrowed me another HK Drama – Fung Wong Sei Chung Kwai (by Chermaine Sheh and Joe Ma).

I thought you joined his fanclub… Forum only ah?

KM : Haiya sir, Malaysia hasn’t got a fanclub yet. So I joined
Singapore forum. I made many new friends there. I get to know

Mr J : See, he’s not popular in Malaysia so he’s not having any
fanclub here.

KM : No, sir. He’s busy.

Mr J : See, people in Malaysia don’t know him so he’s not having any

semester 3 was very hardworking. However since he knew

about him in the class. Not concerntrating. That’s why She
failed.

KM : Sir! I have witness. I will study when the time comes and I just
like login to the forum, ok??!!

Mr J : ok la. Witness?? Moon, is it true that KM always talk about KJH
in class??

Moon : Yes, sir (moon!!)

Mr J : You know, last time I had a friend who was crazy on Aaron
kwok. She’s from Kuching. West Malaysia set up a fanclub for
Aaron. She wanted to join deadly that she got don’t know
who’s address in West Malaysia and joined the forum. Once,
Aaron came to Kuala Lumpur. At that time she was supposed to
fly to Penang. She even comes to KL a day earlier to queue to
see Aaron. We queued from 3 am until 11 am. We were at the
first row. But there was still a gap between us and the front
stage. When we saw Aaron, everyone screamed!!! Aaron!!!
Aaron!!! My friend screamed terribly!! She even asked me and
one of my male friend to follow her screaming Aaron’s name. the
male friend said, “I am holding the camera”. Therefore he
escaped from screaming. Poor me, I had to scream for Aaron.
What do people think on me?? Next time I rather pay to “go”
closer!!

And also one of my friends, she’s working in a bank. One day, she
suddenly screamed in the evening, where everyone was busy
doing their own duty. You know what she screamed?? With the
body shaking, “Rain”!!!

(WAHAHAHA!!!!)

You know what a woman did??? She was shouting for Rain!!!!
(That time was during Rain’s concert in January)

Cindy : KM, why you don’t like Rain? He is very famous nowadays...

KM : Hmm.. I enjoy his dancing step…. But I don’t really like him. He’s
just okay for me.

Mr J : Ok KM. Since you said you like KJH so much until you went to
his forum everyday, answer this question.

Our member won in Korean speaking contest!

Our member frm ohmyhoon.com, Ka-Min, won in Korean speaking contest organised by Korea embassy in Malaysia. Both of us are malaysian. I would like to share her feelings here... She got the award as the best speaker!

I woke up at <st1:time hour="6" minute="50">6.50 am</st1:time> this morning. I couldn’t sleep well. I dressed upin my best position, applying a minor makeup on my cheek.

My mother, my college friend and I went together to the Korean Embassy. Weregistered and took some brochure about <st1:country-region><st1:place>Korea</st1:place></st1:country-region>. A very useful information about <st1:country-region><st1:place>Korea</st1:place></st1:country-region>. I entered into the hall, with a light feeling,knowing that my participation was purely participation. I seated at the chairstated No 30 and I hade made to know some participants throughout the process.

It was a break before Advance Level’s participant began their speech. It was a“long” break. I was very nervous. Participants before me were all great andfluent. I know my standard. I hope to do my best without thinking of thenervous.

Thank you to the judges for choosing me as the bestspeaker, thanks to the support from my mother, my brother, my godmother andeveryone who have been supporting me all these while. My “Lover” from Goong, my favouite actor, Kim Jeong Hoon.



Hello everyone. My name is Pan Ka Min.

Now,I would like to present my written to all of you. I’m quite nervous since this is my first time delivering a speech in Korean. Please excuse me ifI made any mistakes. OK. I shall begin now.

The beautiful sceneries, the charming men and beautiful women, theromantic love sparks between the male and female leads and the plots... This ismy first feeling when watching Korean dramas.


If Korean dramas give me the initial push, then the influence of thisman is like fuel to my engine, propelling me forward and keep me going no matter how tough it is. This man is none other than Kim Jeong Hoon, Prince Yul of Goong.

Someon easked me why I like Jeong Hoon since other actor, such as Bae Yong Jun, Joo JiHoon and others do share the same particulars. But for me, he is different. He is very different.


To me, all I can remember is a blonde-haired young man dressed in a smart black suit, looking at the TV screen with a tinge of sadnessin his eyes as his cousin, the Crown Prince Lee Shin married CG in a grand and traditional wedding ceremony shown in a live telecast. The first time PrinceLee Yul appeared in the drama and the first time, a man by the name of KimJeong Hoon barged into my heart and my life in a most amazing way.

He is a singer and his acting has been improving day by day. What I like about JeongHoon is his humbleness and friendly attitude. He respects others especially his fans and he treats them as friends. That is why Jeong Hoon is one of the top actors that people searched on the internet for a period of time.


AlthoughJeong Hoon appeared as a sad and weak man in the drama, he is actually a man who has much charisma. I may be sounding a bit boastful but Jeong Hoon is very clever. He has a brilliant mind, making him on par with the Fatherof Relativity Theory, Albert Einstein.

Jeong Hoon is also good at learning foreign languages. Recently, while he is filmingin China, he does some Chinese learning with the local artistes. He is such adiligent person and he is very particular about perfection.


In order to catch up with Prince Jeong Hoon, I am studying my Koreanlessons hard. I have a simple thinking that every time I learn a new word or a new form of sentence in Korean, I am a step closer to him.

But I almost always form broken Korean sentences. But since I have started learningit, I shall not give up easily. I have to learn it hard until I am able to master it. If I can meet Jeong Hoon, we shall be able to communicate with eachother in fluent Korean. At that time, I can become a Korean interpreter too.This is my heartfelt wish.


My favourite actor, Kim Jeong Hoon ssi, will be my prince forever.

I thought it was over...


I thought I was over with Kim Jeong Hoon. I thought I would not go ga ga over him anymore. I thought I would be one of the very rational fans who would just support his music and shows.

I have been doing that for the past months. I didn't post many pictures of him. I stopped watching his videos after videos. I stopped melting under his smiles.

Last night when I watched him on TV, Star Awards 2007, my mouth went agape and I actually gasped aloud, "Oh my, he is so handsome. So beautiful!"

My mother agreed. We gasped at how beautiful and sweet this man is. His smiles again melted my heart. I found myself falling in love with his beautiful smiles, sparkling eyes again... *FAINT!*
